What is Pegasus?
Pegasus is an easy-to-use web program which quickly generates a custom Present Level of Performance (PLP) for an Individual Education Plan (IEP). It can be used with every IEP program that is provided by either district or a third party provider. Designed by a Special Education Teacher, it saves time and helps to standardize Present Level's of Performance which are required for every IEP by federal law.
